You can return a qualified products for up to 7 days from the date you received it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging; meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way
Note: We won't accept returns with alterations made (I.e cutting off the lace, removing the elastic band, cutting the hair and generally making any changes to its original state), please read descriptions properly before placing your orders and if you have any questions contact us before placing your order.
If you are issued a refund shipping cost will be deducted from your refund as they are non-refundable.
